Fast Miler (coal bucket race)
This years fast miler will be once again 10 laps for 4×4’s and buggies and 4 laps for all atv’s. Kids races and award handout will fallow shortly after the fast miler. Sunday will be our east coast race. Double elimination drags in the morning and our figure 8 obstacle will fallow right after. We will break sanction so non east coast approved jeeps buggies and atv’s can race and will be able to participate in the top eliminator in the figure 8.
Once again we would like to thank everybody that came out to our 20th annual 3.5 miler we had a great turnout and everything ran nice and smooth with no problems. We would also like to thank everybody that helped out getting everything ready for the race and kept things going saturday and sunday.
Reminder there will be clean up parties before the fast miler on the sunday before July 12th and a meeting July 15th @ 7:00pm

My name is William Polan. I raced in the 3.5 last week in the #44 stock buggy. Every year I come down from Maine and have a blast. I was only able to finish one lap due to a missing air filter and cover, not so great for the motor. I submitted pictures to the lm4w.org website. Hey William thank you very much for the pictures and we really appreciate having you as a racer and we’re happy your having a good time racing. That’s are number one concern making the racers happy. We hope to see you at the rest of the races!

had a blast running the 09 FAST miler (fast it was). I was hoping everything went ok so we can run the same in 10. I was averaging 8.5 minute laps and thought that was fast id love to have a chance to try and get in the 8s see ya in sept. thanks Josh Gottshall lwb

Hey guys, I was the guy in the Huge 4 seater buggy on 47’s. I just want to say thank you all for the hospitality. and for putting on a great race. Next time i hope to be a little faster. its more intimidating than i was expecting to drive thru the tight trees at any speed. 10 minute laps arent going to cut it for a good finishing spot, but at least i finished right ? haha. Sorry if i held anyone up behind me too long. If anyone got some pictures of my beast in action, i would LOVE to see them.
